Yogurt Applesauce Swirl


  • 1 tsp Mighty Cricket Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp
  • Mighty Cricket Protein Powder
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • Optional toppings: 1/2 cup berries, 1/4 cup nuts/seeds, and/or 2 tbsp coconut flakes


1. In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp of Mighty Cricket Protein Powder into applesauce until thoroughly combined. 

2. In another bowl, mix 2 tsp of Mighty Cricket Protein Powder into yogurt.

3. Pour applesauce mixture into the bowl of yogurt and swirl.

4. Sprinkle with cinnamon (ginger also works well).

5. Optional: Add toppings such as berries, nuts/seeds, and/or coconut flakes.
